Sanibel ordinance requires a minimum rental term of four consecutive weeks for homes on the island. (You may find some condo buildings in certain locations with weekly or even shorter rental terms, but our location and most larger homes on Sanibel Island require four weeks.)

We require a deposit and signed lease agreement to hold a booking and full payment 30 days in advance of your arrival.

We try to keep the table below updated to show available periods. We may have flexibility for rental terms spanning calendar months (for example, March 10 to April 10) depending on the arrival/departure dates of other guests and renters. Please inquire about the specific dates you would like when you contact us.
